Where? In Trialog offices in Vienna, Austria

Description: The workshop is aiming for 1-2 NGOs participants from new member countries and representatives from Greece, Spanish and Portugees NGOs.  Workshop will be lead by Rocio Lanao, Peruan expert on strategic planning.  Participants will learn techniques and approaches of strategic development, five year and yearly visions.
